Dharamshala: - Celebrating the Silver jubilee celebrations of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Nobel Peace Prize and International Human Rights Day, the Tibetan political leader (Sikyong) Dr Lobsang Sangay said that "His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is the life and soul of Tibet and the Tibetan people."

Dharamshala: – Speaking on behalf of the Tibetan Parliament in Exile (TPIE), the Speaker Penpa Tsering said 'Today is an outstanding day marking 25 years since His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the supreme protector of all Tibetans in Tibet and in exile, their guide, and a champion of world peace, having been awarded the globally acclaimed Nobel Peace Prize.'

Dharamshala: - The spiritual leader of Tibet His Holiness the Dalai Lama met Mr. Kiren Rijiju, union minister of state for Home Affairs and Mr K.K Pathak, joint secretary of Home affairs, Government of India at his residence on December 2.

Dharamshala:- A book on self immolations in Tibet by a Tibetan parliamentarian in exile is launched on November 27, 2014.

Dharamshala:- A delegation of eight Chinese met with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and visited Central Tibetan Administration, Tibetan Children’s Village and other organizations around Dharamsala from November 16 -19.

Dharamshala: - Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay left Dharamshala on Wednesday for a tour of eight cities in Canada and the US from 21 November – 5 December.
