Dharamshala, India — To mark His Holiness the Dalai Lama's 83rd birthday, the Tibetan parliament-in-exile Friday said people in all countries across the world who covet peace are expressing their gratitude to His Holiness the Dalai Lama on this day, for his messages of human values, tolerance, harmony, peace and the genuine practice of loving kindness.
