Dharamshala, India — The newly constituted 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile held its first session in Dharamshala on October 11, 2021, pledging to resolve the political issue of Tibet peacefully, address Tibet's human rights and environmental crises, and oversee the welfare of Tibetans in exile.
